Registration Fees and Method of Payment
(To October 2nd) The early bird registration fee for this conference is $275.00. Payment must be received in full by this date to qualify. If you are mailing in payment, it must be postmarked no later than midnight on October 2, 2009.
(After October 2nd) The full conference rate is $400.00 with payment required at the time of registration. The deadline to register is November 6, 2009.

Refund Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend will receive a refund of the paid registration fee, less a $50.00 processing charge, provided that you submit your request in writing on or before Friday, November 6, 2009. No refunds will be issued to those who provide their request after Nov. 6. If you are unable to attend, you must submit your request in writing to Dani Magnusson of Planners Plus Inc., 106 – 475 Provencher Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R2J 4A7.
No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations. If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted up to November 12. Registrants who do not cancel or arrange for a substitution will forfeit their registration fee in its entirety.
